Our unique approach to managing your bookkeeping costs creates an individualised ‘customer first’ solution.
With our competitive pricing, and our aim to make working with your numbers as streamlined as possible, this will keep your costs down whilst still giving you what you need.
Our process to achieve this aim is as follows:
1. We offer a FREE no-obligation consultation enabling us to determine EXACTLY how we can best work together to achieve the outcomes you want and deserve for your business.
2. We provide a formal proposal of work that outlines the services we have agreed to provide and a provisional cost including which combination of pricing structures (see below) is best suited to your business. We look to streamlining and automating what we can, to make sure your costs are kept to a minimum.
3. With established customers, once we get to know your business, we can look to develop a simple general monthly tailored package cost to positively contribute to your cashflow planning.

We believe in finding a unique individualised solution for your business. For most businesses we use a combination approach of the three pricing structures below to get the best outcome for you.
Fixed price services
We have several fixed price services which we can quote on request and include Software set up, BAS submissions, report production, payroll, salary sacficing and superannuation processing (per employee) for example.
This enables you to know up front what specific bookkeeping costs are likely to be prior to us sitting down to discuss potentially moving onto a regular service package.
Hourly rate services
Many of the bookkeeping systems you will need will be dependent on the size and scope of your business. Many of such services are costed at an hourly rate and may include bank reconciliation and processing supplier and customer invoicing.
Our hourly rate approach is popular with many of our valuable clients due to its flexibility. We will always aim to give you an indication of what this may be, prior to commencing work.
Package based services
Our packages services are “set” scope of work that we do for you on an on-going basis. We can cost this for you dependent on your needs.
For some, particularly those who are managing much of there own bookwork, it may be simple maintenance and advice. For our established customers, once we know your business we can negotiate a set convenient fortnightly or monthly payment for maximum convenience.
